Now what? My son got diagnosed with ADHD syndrome and he got the corresponding medication. His third school year, his third school. Once again, a Time Out- once again the doubt, if he will stay in this school.

“Life has me back through Jin Shin Jyutsu” I was thrilled by Jin Shin Jyutsu when I first came to Sabine, but not really convinced. I hoped it would be more useful than I believed in it. After an obsessive-compulsive illness, I was downright desperate – I had been able to eliminate the compulsions with psychotherapy – but I also lost my feelings in the process. Laughing, crying, empathizing, rejoining - all gone. In my grey world, I tried to implement the advice of my psychotherapist. Lots of exercise, fresh air, healthy nutrition... everything was of no use. I thought I had to vegetate as a callous zombie until the end of my life. Until a colleague showed me the self-help of Jin Shin Jyutsu. After some time of self-application, I finally gave myself a jolt and went to Sabine. Since then, my life has changed quite a bit. “Everything is grey and pointless” has become “I can enjoy life and laugh”. It’s not (yet) all wonderful – but it’s already very good and it will get better and better, as Sabine says. So I will continue to flow diligently, because - even if I still can’t really believe it sometimes - through the flowing life has returned to me.
PSYCH-K at the first time I was much less convinced of the method than with the current. I couldn’t imagine that something could do so fast, so much. Meanwhile, Psych-K is a surprisingly painless way for me to get rid of old ballast easily and quickly. Without much physical or psychological effort and without digging into old wounds, I can let go of things that have occupied me for years or decades. After a Psych-K treatment, I often feel reborn!
